Refund policy
We offer one free return or exchange on unworn, non-custom pieces with original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Once an order has shipped out we will not refund the shipping for a return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if an order is canceled prior to shipment.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Exchanges must be for the same product, in a different metal type or chain length. All other exchange requests will be processed as store credit.
**Allow up to 2 weeks after your order has been delivered for returns and exchanges to be processed. Processing time may increase during peak sales seasons.
